Extract of Nux Vomica
Nux Vomica reaches full blood plasma level within
one hour after given to the bird.  But, some
degree of stimulation does occur within 10
minutes.   The active ingredient of Nux Vomica is
completely eliminated from the body within 10
hours.  
The maximum recommended dose is 10 drops
within a 10 hour period.

DIRECTIONS
Method #1   5 drops are placed on feed or given
by mouth at the morning and evening feedings
the last two days of the keep.  On fight day,  7 to
8 drops are given by mouth along with two
Supercharger capsules at the time of weigh in or
at least one hour before competition. If 5 hours
or more have gone by without the bird being
called, give 1 Supercharger capsule & 1 or 2
drops Nux Vomica just prior to heeling, or if ten
hours go by without being called you may give 7
to 8 drops again.

Method #2   Same as method #1, except skip the
dosages given before competition day.   This can
be done with the  injectable and ST formulas
also.  (This is my preferred method, Paul Wood)

INJECTABLE NUX VOMICA
Use 1/4 cc injected in breast muscle or under
skin in morning of last two days of keep.  On
competition day, give 1/4 cc at weigh in or at
least one hour before event.  When called, give
1/10 cc before heeling if initial injection was more
than 5 hours ago.

ST FORMULA NUX VOMICA
Used just like normal Nux Vomica Extract, except
it is specially formulated for hot weather use only.

AMINOPLEX  
Tablets: One tablet every other day for a total of
ten tablets starting at the beginning of a
pre-keep or one tablet daily for 10 days starting
at the beginning of a 14 day keep.   

Injectable:  Initial dose is 1/2 to 1cc depending
on condition, with a follow up dosage of 1/4 to
1/2cc weekly until improvement or until day
before competition day when 1/4cc is injected in
breast muscle regardless of when last injection
was given.    

Liquid dropper bottle:  Give 6 to 8 drops per
bird per day during the keep, on food or by
mouth.

FILIPINO RED VIPER  A central nervous system
stimulant which also helps prevent shock.   Use
1/10 to 2/10 cc injected under the skin or
injected in breast muscle just prior to heeling
time.  Do not use at the same time with other
stimulants.

B-15 INJECTABLE (Night Owl Method)  50 mg / cc
Use 1/4cc injected under skin last 2 days of the
keep and again 3 to 4 hours prior to start of
competition or weigh in time.

B-12 INJECTABLE (Cyanocobalamin) with or
without B-Complex
Inject in breast muscle up to 3 times per week.  
Use approx. 1/4cc for 1000 mcg/cc strength,
15/100cc for 3000 mcg or 1/10cc  for 5000 mcg /
cc strength.  Also can be used again approx. 6 to
12 hours before competition.   

B-12 INJECTABLE  (Hydroxycobalamin)
1000 mcg / cc, use approx. 1/4 cc 1 to 2 times per
week and approx. 6 to 24 hours before
competition.  Longer lasting than cyanocobalamin,
hydroxy lasts up to 96 hours.

B-15 INJECTABLE    250 mg / cc
Use 1/10 to 2/10cc injected under skin last two
days of the keep and again 3 to 4 hours prior to
start of competition or weigh in time.

CAFFEINE SODIUM BENZOATE    1 gr. / cc
Use 1/2 cc injected in breast muscle approx.15
minutes before competition.   Do not use at the
same time with other stimulants.

EASY WIN tablets
Give cock one tablet at least one hour before
competition, and repeat dosage every 3 to 4 hours
until fought, or give one tablet just before heeling
with enough water to wash tablet down throat.  Use
with Supercharger to provide extra energy for cock.

EASY WIN injectable
Give cock 1/2 to 1 cc just before heeling. Use with
Supercharger to provide extra energy for cock.

ENZUM
Broad spectrum wormer similar to Wormazole, can
be used at the same time as Neokil or Neobicide or
use Enzum one day and then 10 days later use
one of the other two.   Use approx. one drop per
pound of body weight, very safe, a drop or two
extra will do no harm.   Do not with hold feed.  As
always retreat for worms every 30 to 90 days as
needed.

NEOBICIDE
Kills internal and external parasites (same product
as Neokil).  See note on Enzum above.  Does not
kill tape worms.   Use approx. 1 to 1 1/4 drops per
pound of body weight,  a drop or two extra will do
no harm.  Do not with hold feed.  As always retreat
for worms every 30 to 90 days as needed.

PREMO
Injectable - Usual dosage is 1/4 cc in breast
muscle 2 to 3 days at beginning of keep and last 2
to 3 days of keep and on morning of fight day.

VITAMIN K   INJECTABLE
A vitamin which is necessary for a blood clot to
form.   Use 1/4cc injected into breast muscle 12-18
hours prior to weigh in or competition.
